Welcome! My goal is to keep this as simple & easy to follow as possible. I’d like to think of this section as a sharing forum, as opposed to a blog. In all honesty I’m not one for ‘blogging’ but with that said, I’m full of information that I’d love to share. We’ll call this sharing forum, PlantSlant Nourish! PlantSlant because 100% of the recipes will be grounded and made up entirely of plants. Nourish because here we will go deeper. When I speak on health I don’t mean just the physical food going into your mouth, I’m talking mental hygiene too. Every week you will find a very brief post on all things nourishing mind, body & soul. I’ll post my favorite recipes, meditations, books I love and recommend, podcasts worth listening to, etc.
